Valkyrie’s Product Support Team designs and develops the logistics models and data packages our customers require. We use a full suite of Product Support Analysis tools to build implementation roadmaps and each logistics element is integrated together with other systems engineering functions to maximize system operational availability. We provide new acquisition and life cycle sustainment services, all 12 product support elements, cradle to grave support, and entire vessel or systems and equipment sustainment support. Our core capabilities include product support management; maintenance planning and management; design interface; sustaining engineering; supply support; training and training support; manpower and personnel; technical data; support equipment; computer resources; PHS&T; and facilities and infrastructure conceptualizations.

Valkyrie possesses a team of technicians that provide global field services in support of our customers worldwide. Our technicians perform inspections, assessments, preventative, and corrective maintenance to small boats as well as Combat Engineering Support Equipment (CESE) within 48 hours CONUS and 72 hours OCONUS at several austere locations. We not only perform maintenance, but we possess a team of Reliability Centered Maintenance certified technicians providing development of preventative maintenance as well as corrective maintenance procedures for new and legacy equipment by analysis, validation, and verification. Included in our logistics division, our Technical Manual team routinely supports our customers with the development of technical manuals, Interactive Electronic Technical Manuals (IETMs) for new equipment as well as updating legacy technical manuals.
