Valkyrie Enterprises is pleased to announce that the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Engineering and Support Center, Huntsville (CEHNC) has awarded Valkyrie’s subsidiary Atlantic CommTech (ACT), a contract to continue support for Electronic Security Systems (ESS) VII. This contract will continue ACT’s engineering, installation, maintenance, and sustainment servicing of Electronic Security Systems at diverse locations throughout the United States and around the world. The new multiple-award, IDIQ contract is valued at $275M with a period of performance of seven years. Valkyrie’s President, Dave Streett commented that, “Our entire Valkyrie Team is more than ready to continue our support to the USACE for the engineering, installation, and maintenance of their Electronic Security Systems under this new contract.” ACT’s President and Operations Manager, Mark Vlcek added, “Our Program Management team has done an excellent job providing vital engineering solutions for physical security and force protection of national assets in delivering ESS products and services globally.”
